Dust is an in-development online game. Features, balancing, saved world state, accounts, and availability may change as the game evolves.

Do not harass other players, exploit bugs, automate gameplay, disrupt servers, or attempt to access systems you are not authorized to use.

Moderation actions can include warnings, kicks, bans, account restrictions, or other steps needed to keep the game playable.

Dust, including its code, art, audio, names, and designs, is owned by its creators or licensors.

You keep ownership of feedback you send us, but you allow us to use it to improve Dust without compensation or restriction.

Dust is provided as available, without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always preserve game progress.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to using Dust.
